Payment Options

 

We accept payment through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay).

 

Pricing

 

All our products are priced in Canadian Dollars.

 

Shipping

 

All of our orders are shipped out of Calgary, AB and are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Items are shipped out by your chosen method within 2 – 5 business days. All orders will show carrier calculated shipping rates with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx at the checkout.

 

Customers living in Calgary can choose to pick up their purchase in person at our offices at Work Nicer (600, 630 – 8 Avenue SW) for free. To pick up your order in person, please choose “Pick Up at Work Nicer” at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your order after it’s been placed, please contact hello@gabestaglam.ca as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations.

 

RETURNS

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, or the wrong item was shipped. If you receive a defective item or believe the wrong item was shipped:

  1. Contact us at contact@enyaz.com with photos and details of the product and the defect.
  2. Use the subject line “ORDER#”

 

We will fully examine the details provided and advise as to where your product can be sent for further inspection. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
